QUALITY

Our management of our quality system is based on the principles of Lean Manufacturing. Each deviation is subject to analysis (QQOQCCP, 5M). The actions implemented are monitored through an action plan.

Our teams are invested in the continuous improvement of their workstation (5S, working groups).

We have a control room equipped with a 3 m three-dimensiona ROMER arm with 6 axes of rotation, allowing to achieve a reliable and accurate inspection of 0,01 mm of distinguishing feature and on any type of pieces. Its repeatability of point is 0.059 mm with a volumetric accuracy of +/- 0.075 mm.
